DIGITAL MESSENGER CIRCLE

Welcome to the Digital Messenger Circle, a program that prioritizes social participation and digital literacy for citizens of all ages. We offer a variety of courses that aim to teach participants how to safely use technology, protect themselves from online threats, and stay up to date with the latest digital trends.

Our program is divided into three components. Firstly, we offer a course focusing on how technology and social media impact us and our children. Participants will learn how to protect themselves when using technology and social media platforms, track and block undesirable technology features, and safeguard themselves from online abuse, such as the sharing of intimate photos.

Secondly, we offer a beginner's course called "ABCs of a Digital World - Level 1". This course is perfect for those new to computers and want to learn the basics of using technology. Participants will learn how to open programs, send and receive emails, browse the internet safely and securely, and much more.

Lastly, we offer an intermediate course called "ABCs of a Digital World - Level 2". In this course, we focus on the specific learning path of each participant to ensure that they are proficient in using technology for their day-to-day activities.

Our courses are designed to be fun, engaging, and interactive with hands-on technology instructions. We limit class sizes to 10 participants, allowing our information technology director to create an adaptive learning environment.

At Heart 2 Heart Compassionate Widow's Circles, we take a unique and different approach to sharing a wealth of knowledge to help participants learn and understand Information Technology (IT) jargon. We aim to meet the individual needs of participants while fostering community in a social and interactive learning environment. Our program is tailored to encourage social engagement for the senior population, with tiered courses that address the needs of novice to intermediate users, coupled with fun, engaging activities for individuals within or nearing their retirement years.

Join us at the Digital Messenger Circle and become proficient in the use of technology while being part of a supportive and engaging community.
