Benito Leatherwood-Garrett studied at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he received a BFA in Music Education. He also received a Professional Certificate in Keyboard Studies from the Berkley College of Music. He also studied music at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. He is currently the Minister of Music at The New Testament Church of Milwaukee and teaches virtual piano lessons to multiple students across the country.

Benito seeks to glorify God through sharing the gift of music while teaching beginners of all ages how to play the piano.
